Safety for our customers is our top priority, so to make sure you receive the best customer experience possible we will be implementing a few small changes.

Unfortunately the sitting room will no longer be available to guests during these difficult times.
 
We will be asking our guests to adhere to these new measures and to observe social distancing rules.

RESERVATIONS & CHECK-IN

Your safety on arrival is paramount to us, so we have put the following procedures in place. 
 

We would ask for all prepayment of rooms completed prior to arrival

 

Hand sanitiser is available in the lobby

 

 

BREAKFAST

 
We aim to make sure your dining experience with us is one to remember. We hope you enjoy our hospitality while remaining safe.
 

We ask you to pre-order your breakfast and a breakfast menu with time slot will be available in your room for you to complete and leave on the dining table the evening before breakfast.

 

We have restricted the number of people in the B&B to 6 so that social distancing at breakfast can be followed. When possible windows will be kept open to encourage ventilation.
 
 

HOUSEKEEPING
 
Our thorough housekeeping method already in place will be complemented by some extra touches to ensure your safety.
 

We sadly can no longer offer a daily room clean.

 

All non-essential items have been removed from your room

 

A tea tray is included  but clean mugs and extras will always be available on request

 

Please dispose of all rubbish using the plastic bin liner, new liners will be available on the landing.

 

 If you require a change of towels, please bring the discarded ones to us   and we will provide fresh ones.

 

Extra toiletries and toilet paper will also be available.

 

 

For the safety of us all, please maintain social distancing as advised by the government, and use the hand sanitizer provided.
